WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build LLM agents, assistants, and RAG pipelines
- Own evaluation harnesses, fallbacks, and observability
- Pair with clients' teams and hand over clean, documented systems
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 5+ years shipping production software; 2+ with LLMs/ML
- Strong Python and TypeScript
- Comfort owning a system from scoping to on-call
